East Winch is a small village just a few miles from King's Lynn with a largely rural character, and several of its older properties and agricultural conversions are good candidates for modern exterior cladding.
Unlike its larger neighbour West Winch, East Winch retains a quieter, more traditional feel, with brick and flint buildings sitting alongside a handful of newer rural homes and farm conversions near the common. Timber and composite cladding work particularly well on converted outbuildings here, giving a natural aesthetic that doesn't look out of place in the wider Nar Valley landscape. For standard homes, fibre cement boards provide a clean, low-maintenance finish that resists the damp coming off the surrounding farmland.
